David Dolan, DVM
Dr. David Dolan was raised in Houston through elementary school and then moved to New York City so that his mother could get a PhD at Columbia University. During that time he read All Creatures Great and Small by James Herriot and at that point decided that he wanted to be a veterinarian. He set that goal in 7th grade and followed that path straight through vet school. On the way, he went to a private boarding school in upstate New York that had a private zoo! He took care of a pair of baby Stump-tailed Macaques, a Red-tailed Hawk that was caught in a pole trap and had to have his leg amputated, and bought a Mexican Red Headed Parrot named Mike.
Niccole Bruno, DVM
Dr. Niccole Bruno grew up in Queens, New York. She became interested in veterinary medicine at the age of 12 and would often feed the neighborhood stray dogs and cats. Shortly after, she began volunteering at an animal hospital in Hempstead, New York and her passion grew. She attended Tuskegee University graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Animal Science in 2002. She then went on to earn a DVM degree from Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2006.
